"She has been a good addition to this new era of Youngstown State lacrosse. She comes from a program that also dealt with instability, and since she is fresh out of college, it’s clear she is still learning how to fully step into her role as a coach. As the year has gone on and we’ve all gotten more comfortable with each other, things have steadily improved. I do wish she were more demanding and more confident in what she brings, because her vision and critiques are actually very valuable and the team would benefit from her fully owning that voice. Overall, she’s trending in the right direction, and I’m excited to see how this staff continues to grow and work together this year."
