"She is the worst coach I’ve ever seen. If you ever try to talk about softball with her it is clear that she knows nothing about how the game, how to coach mechanics or how to manage a line up. She is unable to change her ways and that is evident in her win loss record. She picks her favorites and no one else will ever see the field or get any kind of chance what so ever. If you want to have an enjoyable experience avoid her at all costs. Cornell softball will never have anything even close to a winning season as long as she is there. "

"I’m guessing she puts players on the field based on how much money the player’s family donated, because she clearly makes poor choices. Poor job recruiting (check out their losing record), only likes home run hitters, cares nothing about speed. Makes a bad choice from day one and stands by it for the rest of the season. How this lady is still employed is a mystery. When numerous assistant coaches leave, take note. See newspaper articles too. If you have an injury, hide it or you will never play again. "
