"Overall knowledgeable about soccer but could try harder at his job. Has an open door policy and you can go talk to him when you need but he might not always agree with your suggestions which is valid. Sometimes he tries to do something that the whole team knows won’t work and tells him won’t work but he tries anyways. He does try to adjust when things are going poorly. Tries to create a good team culture but maybe doesn’t fully accomplish it. Often says he will do something but never does. Mixed feelings about this coach but overall positive "
