"Kate will bring you in by acting like she cares about you and developing you but once you’re there it’s not reality. She only cares about numbers and will say anything to you (mainly placing blame) if you can’t hit a number. She blames the athletes for everything especially by turning illness and injury against them. All in all she is an emotional bully and creates a toxic environment inside her team both emotionally and physically with the training plan. "
