"She does not communicate when practice or meetings are until last minute. Doesn’t care about individuals training or academics. She has a D1 mindset for a D3 school. She does not care about team chemistry but more so winning. She’s not a bad coach, but needs to work on team chemistry and understanding her athletes. She has a very low return rate for her female athletes especially."
