"Talks a big game when recruiting but does a poor job once you are on the team. Many promises are made, but almsot none are kept. I would appreciate coaching in order to improve as a player, but I did not receive any honest or actionable feedback The culture is not one of teamwork and support, but instead there are clear favorites while many of the girls are simply left on the sidelines or ignored."
