"She is not good at communicating. Her practices are not good enough, and every time we did bad at any meet after covid, she would excuse herself saying that covid was the main reason for the bad results.
She doesn’t know how to lead at all, and I have the feeling that must of the time, she was not coming prepared with the practices. The practices were easy, but when they were hard, they were intense and not functional for everyone.
She would be distracted during practices, not paying attention to some of my teammates, and not making an effort to correct techniques."
