"She is the worst coach I have ever had. She does not care about her players and only sees them as just another athlete on her team. She only cares about winning and does not believe in second chances, one mess up and you’re on the bench for the season. She plays favorites and lets players take advantage of the team without consequences because they are favorites. The entire team would be picking up after practice and her favorites would stand there and chit chat instead of helping clean up, but as soon someone else wouldn’t help…they were in trouble. She has no idea how to coach a team effectively, she doesn’t give advice when fielding, just simple reps. She doesn’t know how to coach hitting, so the pitching coach does it. Don’t even get me started on the outfield, she has no idea. How can you be a head coach and not know how to improve your players? Just getting reps does not make you better if you don’t have the right mechanics."

"She is a horrible coach in every aspect of the sport. Why doesn't she wonder why multiple players quit every year, I will tell you why it is because of the toxic environment. She plays favorites, talks about the players to other players an their is absolutely no bond with the current team . The coaches are not approachable and even starters want to quit because of the toxic environment. They have leadership roles for each class . When a payer in a leadership role does not no how to lead talks about all players behind their back , how is that a leader. Of course the coaches aren't helping with leadership because they do not know how to lead either. This program is a joke. If your daughter is considering Kalamazoo run for the hills, she will be very disappointed. This team will be getting Merced and she makes no changes. The girls who are playing are no better than the ones on the bench. For god sakes it's D3. "
