"This coach is the opposite of every single tag choice above. She is mentally abusive and unhelpful. She is NOT, respectful, positive, fair, easy to get along with, or understanding. She’s rude and insulting to her dancers and doesn’t possess the most important core characteristics of a college dance coach. She does not act as a role model or guide for the team, or foster a positive team culture. She has ZERO patience or adaptability, and doesn’t seem to understand that dancers learn at different paces and refuses to tailor instruction methods to the individual or team needs to bring out their best or constructively help them improve. She also does not readily allow direct conversation with the dancers. Her persona differs in how she treats and speaks to the team when in private vs how she speaks and treats them in public. If you need for someone to kill your dancers love for dance, this is the coach for the job!"
