"Kelly did not have the players well being on her list of priorities. There were many scenarios where she put players mental health to the side— including multiple individuals attempting suicide. It was brought to her attention to have a class/training on what to do if we are faced with a situation like this, whether it be you or a teammate. Her response was— “yeah you are probably right because I don’t know what the f— to do”. After 8-9ish years of being a head coach at Ohio State (and previous coaching positions) with numerous mental health cases, she still had not taken it upon herself to educate the team or her. "
