"Coach Donner is a great coach and really does care about the well-being of each and every athlete. He likes to make us all feel included and because of that we are one of the closest teams I've ever seen. However, he does put too much of an emphasis on winning and at times the amount of pressure can be overwhelming and quite unnecessary."
