"This is a coach that did not know her own dry policy and announced to the entire team to be safe drinking right after the men’s team lost their most importance meet for the first time in 9 years and it was only 2 weeks out from the conference meet. She is almost single handily running the program into the ground. She has little to zero experience with division one coaching as she was a volunteer assistant coach before the promotion to this head coach job. Most of her training plan is from social media and YouTube videos. She cannot hold down her staff, throws coach turns over every 2 years and she has been unable to hire a pole vault coach for almost 4 years (cause any new hire will see to quickly get out of there). I feel bad for the talented other coaches on the staff that are stuck under Khayla. I’ve only experienced good things with other coaches like , Etters, Shoey, Utesch, Torpey, Ritchards, Webbs."

"The fact that this woman was put in charge of anything says a lot about Lehigh Athletics. RUN, JUMP, THROW IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! She is such a trainwreck, she's irrational, and it borders on mental illness. Last year, she literally cussed us out in front of administrators and NO ONE CARED. All these positive reviews are from her HS coaching career, which is all she did before Lehigh made her a head coach. This is not a D1 program- take your talents elsewhere."
