"What you need to know - Over recruits (60ish for 25ish spots). Favors D1 kickbacks that fall into his lap. Sarcastic. Motivates old school with fear and pressure. Scholarships are worthless. He will still cut you. Practices lack imagination and ingenuity. No weight room or program. He doesn’t develop talent. Not sure he recognizes talent. Culture of individuals. Winning is everything to him, and his focus. Best coaches focus on getting the items above right because they create an environment and culture for winning. "

"I am happy Facebook showed me this website. While I can’t say I have first hand accounts on the the other observations about this coach, I can say his practices and team building skills are the worst. He does appear lazy based on this. He holds a fundraiser in the fall before he cuts players. Caveat emptor with this guy. Seems unethical to me when he knows he is going to cut players. Why not hold the fundraiser in the spring after you have finalized your roster, coach? Also, I don’t think he knows how to evaluate talent. I think he is guessing; his record reflects this statement. If he has a good season here and there, it’s luck, not because he knows how to develop talent. "
