"Loves to not talk a ton to players, and when they do, it’s focused on the starting 11 and never the substitutes. Only once did I hear Coach say something to me from the side line, and I had to engage the talk first."
"Lacey is so caring about the team and wants everyone to be successful on and off the field. She is a great resource even after you graduate. One thing I think she can work on is her communication skills with the team. It's ok to get mad express that to the team, sometimes we need(ed) to hear it. But you will have a great time on the team if you go to Skidmore and play for Lacey"

"Lacks a style of play and no clear team standards. I would consider communication a weakness because tendency to sugar coat rather than provide the straight forward truth. Organized practices on paper but not always effective when played out. No standards for team fitness and does not push players or team to full potential. Recruiting is not strong."
