"Lacey is an awesome coach! She is friendly, funny, enjoys creating positive relationships with her players. She allows players the opportunity to create a working relationship, she has an open door policy and schedules multiple meetings with her players. Her coaching staff compliments her well and has varying personalities that round out the team very well! She can tend to be a little too nice and not love difficult conversations but she is definitely getting better at it, overall it comes from a place of care. She definitely creates a family environment and has strong emphasize on team values! Great coach!"
"Lacey is truly like a mother to her players. Of course winning and being on a great team are important to most athletes, we all care about that. But when it comes to D3 sports it's important to have a coach who really cares about you because we have to focus on our majors and careers. She really helps facilitate that and encourages us off the field to explore internships, studying abroad, and other things that make us happy. I really love Lacey."

"Worst coach I've ever had. Dishonest avoids confrontation, doesn't coach and only acts in a managerial position. Never known a coach not watch the sport they coach, very disinterested and does not know the game. Favors players, and politics play a huge role in her decisions. Communication is a serious problem for Lacey. Sets standards, and when they're not met does not uphold them. "
