"I feel that she acts more like a team mom than a coach. She is super nice, but she is quiet and not straightforward with her intentions with her players. "
"Lacey is a very caring coach who clearly loves her job! Very connected to the Skidmore community and meets regularly with her athletes. Sometimes she is not as honest about playing time as she should be but overall great expierence!"

"Lacey is an extremely nice person, the kind of coach that you can get to know and are comfortable with. At our beginning of the year meetings we talked about how my chances of getting minutes were very good, this was not reflected at all during the season. I wish she would be more up front about what athletes can expect from the season. This being said Lacey is very willing to practice with players outside of practice to help them improve."

"She is likable, easy to get along with, and passionate about the game, but is very non-confrontational. She is always open to meet with players and talk, but if players come to her with concerns about playing time and ways they can improve it she usually gives vague answers that are little help. Overall, Lacey is the type of coach for players looking for a comfortable and supportive team environment."
"I had a different experience than most as Lacey was did not recruit me and was my coach for my last two years. In my personal opinion she was not honest with players and unable to bring out individuals potential. She came into a program that was successfully being built with consistent winning records, league playoff contenders and NCAA qualifiers and with her coaching the expectations have drastically been lowered and the current program now ends the season with a losing record."
