examples: Him looking the other way to drugs/alcohol + financial compensation, which in that aspect makes Larry a bro. On the other hand he hasn't changed his workouts in four decades and doesn't understand the most basic swimming fundamentals.

"Way to stubburn to be an effective coach. Has tunnel vision and must do everything his way, doesnt accept or even listen to any advice from any one. Also he is a man of routine, he has to do the exact same thing year after year without making any changes."
"Very old school, garbage yardage type training. Not open at all to new ideas about swimming technique or training methods. Fairly motivational, but can be quite mean. No nonsense approach focusing on balance of mind, body, and spirit. Rating: 6/10, would be higher if he was more open minded and less disparaging. "
