"Not sure who he is coaching for. He does not seem to make the best coaching decisions, and manages his team out of wins often. Not sure if he is just a bad decision maker or just completely incompetent. Be cautious, as he will tell you what you want to hear, but his actions are completely the opposite. He does not seem to care about creating a supportive environment and shows very little pride in his program. He hires some knowledgeable staff, but their voices are squashed. Other staff are just as inept as he is. His players show success despite his ineptness. This program could be so much better."
