"Coach Liza Kelly has built an incredible program at Denver, and what stands out most is the culture she creates for these young women. She leads with maturity, honesty, and clarity. She understands that she’s coaching young minds, not just athletes, and she handles that responsibility with professionalism and care. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t play games. She’s direct, transparent, and fair about expectations. My daughter may not get a lot of playing time right now, but she always knows exactly what she needs to do to earn more opportunities. That kind of honest communication is invaluable for player development and confidence. What has impressed me most over the years is watching the young women who come through this program. I have now seen two different senior classes graduate under Coach Kelly, and they consistently leave as true leaders, supportive teammates, and genuinely better people because of their experience in this program.
