"I had a positive experience with Coach Z. She brought higher expectations to a program that previously had been a cake walk. She also worked to improve the team culture off the field, getting the team involved in community service and coaching youth teams in the area. There was also a greater focus placed on leadership development and input from team leaders. "

"Coach Zentgraf's way of approaching her players was aggressive and intimidating. She often belittled players in front of their teammates, used harsh language and became an individual that was so distant and flat out uncaring. This created a toxic atmosphere where players felt the pressure of living in the fear of the unknown inflicted by Coach Zentgraf. Players often felt scared to ask questions or even confront Coach Zentgraf about any feelings due to the possibility of being shamed. Coach Zentgraf became a massive mental blocker for many players so much that players had mental breakdowns, anxiety attacks and nausea so much that they were throwing up on the field. Coach Z completely overshadowed the joy of playing the game. Do not get sucked into her web unless you want a lifetime of depression and mental health issues for your daughter. "

"Coach Zentgraf lacks sufficient knowledge of the sport of lacrosse. Additionally, she does not prioritize the well-being of her athletes and has difficulty identifying legitimate lacrosse talent and players with high game intelligence. She handles her responsibilities with little professionalism, often shifting blame onto others instead of accepting accountability. I would not recommend Coach Zentgraf as a coach for your daughter, if you want her to thrive physically, mentally or academically. Her self-centered approach makes her unsuitable for a position where she influences young women. "

Intense Fitness Is Important Disorganized Poor Communication Accessible
"Maggie Zentgraf has created one of the worst environments to be a student-athlete in. She has only coached at Butler for 2 years and in that time she has been there, 20 players have quit or transferred when previous to her employment, 2 kids left in 6 years of the program. She is manipulative and abusive to the majority of the kids along with choosing certain players as her usual targets. She mentally abuses kids by degrading them not only as players but also as people. Insults and name-calling are given out daily. She uses fear as her way to get people to do what she wants. Maggie is also a gaslighter- if anything goes wrong in a game It is never her fault, she can not own up to making any mistake. On the field, she uses extreme amounts of running as punishment with unrealistic times and then makes everyone continue to run after nobody can pass. She couldn't care less about anything that happens to her athletes. Maggie does not know what anyone's major is, anyone's gpa is, or how any athlete is doing. She expects everyone to be a robot with no emotion and blindly follow her. I think she has lost a lot of athletes as she does not care about them as people. "

"Coach Z helped us win a conference championship in our first year as a program. We worked really hard but it paid off. She cares about every player and made the experience positive both on and off the field. "

"Coach Z built a winning program from scratch and laid a foundation for the team to be successful in the future. She has high standards and high expectations and wants everyone to reach their potential. She is intense and competitive but also accessible and has an open door at all times. "
