"Coach E has a a great personality and cares about us a lot. He's very understanding and easy to talk to. However him being the only coach for sprinters, jumps, /pole vault it's hard to get that one on one attention. He is often too busy trying to coach other girls and forgets about the rest. Coach just needs some help ans I think the team will be able to benefit more. He can also be very passive aggressive at times."

"Coach E's best quality is knowing how to win a major meet. He knows how to put the right athletes in the right events and knows what they are capable of to produce winning results. However, because there is one coach and 20 plus girls to train who do several different events, it is hard to divide his time to work with you on learning technique and other specific skills related to your event."

"He's a great Coach, but I definitely think he needs some help as far as hiring other coaches. Sometimes I don't think he pays enough attention to certain groups and he just has a lot on his plate and if we had help from other coaches I think it will be very beneficial."
