"Mark is literally the worst. Total ego trip thinks he knows everything but is a crap coach. Super sneaky behind your back and thinks he is the smartest in the room. Whenever things go wrong, he never takes the blame he's always throwing his own players under the bus. Stay away if you can. Has favorites too."
"My experience with Mark was extremely disappointing. He struggled with the basics of coaching and seemed completely unprepared to manage a team effectively. Substitutions were a major issue. There was rarely a clear reason for who was coming off or going into the game, and it often felt like decisions were based more on personal preference than what was actually happening on the field. He also had very obvious favorites, and the difference in how he treated certain players was hard to ignore. What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability. When something went wrong, Mark was quick to blame players, other coaches, or circumstances, but almost never seemed willing to look at his own decisions. That made it difficult for players to trust him or feel like they were actually being developed. He also presents himself as a very kind and selfless coach, but that was not how his actions came across. There was a noticeable difference between the image he wanted people to see and the way he actually treated players.
Overall, I would not recommend Mark as a coach for players who are looking for consistent development, fair treatment, honest communication, and strong leadership. The biggest issue was not that every decision was perfect. No coach is perfect. It was the lack of accountability, the favoritism, and the feeling that the team was being coached around his personal preferences rather than what was best for the players."
