"This coach absolutely destroyed my and many of my teammates confidence and love for the sport. He has very limited knowledge of the sport which is obvious if you look at the talent on his rosters over the year and how he has utilized it. He gives no feedback, spends the least amount of time possible on practices, consistently cutting them short and never seeming to plan things out. It seems he wants to spend the least amount of time possible with the team and would always rather be somewhere else. He has no integrity and will tell anyone what they want to hear to avoid conflict. During my 12 years playing soccer he is by far the worst coach I’ve ever had."
"He has a losing record against every other SUNYAC team in the league, except one. The only years his teams had a slightly winning season was when two certain forwards (all-Americans)played. He is lacking as a game coach, doesn't sub well and plays/starts favorites too often and too obviously. By favorites, include those who haven't practiced fully, haven't done fitness tests, have threatened to quit if they don't get playing time, get snarky to him while on the field, and do not mark their players. He recruits heavily and seems very supportive and interested and then makes many broken promises. He misleads or miscommunicates, and has outright lied to some. He ignores families after games and is not a good communicator at all. Also, not sure when he became AD, but that's a conflict of interest and leaves athletes little recourse with unanswered questions and issues. He has had a lot of talent over the years, despite his dismal record, which reinforces the fact that he is ineffective as a college coach."
"Misiak is the best coach I’ve had, however, once he has his top players, it doesn’t really change and he doesn’t give the opportunity for a second chance nor try to help you improve. He helps the best players improve but doesn’t do anything on weak links. With that being said, you will laugh at every practice, every bus ride, every game (if we win)"
