He is a poor communicator and appears ti enjoy leaving people in the dark. His baseball IQ is questionable and is a proud person. So proud that he cannot fathom his own faults. He has his personal favorites and they can do no wrong. If you are not on his high list, he only sees the mistakes and discounts the good plays. "
