"Martha truly is so sweet and cares so much about her athletes on and off the field. My only major complaint is that she doesn't always use her practice time to what I believe to do drills that are most necessary. She will sometimes also get a little irrationally mad but that then passes very quickly. She really encourages open lines of communication and is looking for ways to improve her coaching, us, and the program as a whole"
