"He has been a coach for years. I'd say that, to a certain extent, he cares too much and isn't always appreciated for it. I know that he spent way more time on the team than what was asked of him and wanted to do anything he could to help his players succeed in every aspect of their careers. He's hard on his players because he wants to get the best from them. I trust him to teach my kid how to be the best at what she does. He's a great guy "
