"Matt is definitely a passionate caring coach that cares a lot about the game. He cares a lot about the teams success overall, but does not care much about the individual player. He's also a little rude and likes to make fun the players that don't play and have snarky comments towards them. Sometimes its a joke, but when you are working that hard at practice its not what you want to hear. Really only cares about the players in the starting 11. Its unfortunate because otherwise I would say that he is great. He runs all of the drills and practices and is very knowledgeable. "
