"I have not had a single negative encounter with Kemp. He never made me feel down on myself. When he led workouts, the team energy and overall spirit was at its peak. Even though his workouts were tough, we were always happy to work hard and push ourselves to the limit. Through all of the negativity created by the Head Coach, Kemp showed us what a good coach looks like. Would recommend him any day of the week."

We worked with only him all through the winter training season and the energy, motivation, and synergy were something that we didn’t see during our fall season. He somehow built a culture where people were excited and happy to do hard conditioning. Couldn’t recommend this guy enough"
