"He surely knows pitching and maybe one day could make a great pitching coach. However, he kills confidence and is not good with people. Can’t relate to his players and constantly tries to manipulate their every move. Talks down to the assistant coach (fukes) everyone adores. Hired an unpaid coach who is just horrible. MR improved over my 2 yrs"
