"Coach Meagan Ryan has done an outstanding job in her first two years leading the Post program. She has faced challenges that would be difficult for any coach, including injuries to several of her top players and having to compete with a roster of fewer than 20 healthy athletes while many opposing teams are dressing 30–40 players. Even with those disadvantages, Meagan continues to have her team prepared, motivated, and competitive every single game. Her players continue to fight for her because it is obvious that she gives everything she has to them and to the program. What stands out most is her commitment. She has never quit on her players, made excuses, or stopped working to make the team better. That means a lot, especially considering what this program went through with the previous coaching staff. Meagan has the knowledge, passion, and coaching ability to build something special at Post. If she is given the support and recruiting resources necessary to build a roster with the same depth as the other teams in the division, I truly believe Post can become a consistent playoff program under her leadership. Coach Ryan deserves a tremendous amount of credit for the job she has done under difficult circumstances. The wins and losses do not tell the entire story. Anyone who watches this team closely can see how hard they play, how prepared they are, and how much they believe in their coach. Post is fortunate to have Meagan Ryan leading this program, and I am excited to see what she can accomplish when she is given the opportunity to build the roster she deserves."

"I would not recommend this coach for a collegiate women’s soccer program. During her first season, the program experienced significant player and staff turnover, including the loss of 10 players in a single season, two assistant coaches, and the team therapist. There were repeated concerns regarding professionalism, communication, and treatment of players. Multiple athletes felt the environment fostered bullying, disrespect, and intimidation rather than support and development. The coach frequently displayed unprofessional and hostile behavior that negatively impacted team morale and player well-being. In addition to concerns about leadership and conduct, there appeared to be a lack of tactical and developmental knowledge expected at the collegiate D2 level. The overall culture became increasingly toxic and unstable, ultimately driving many players and staff members away from the program. She is currently affiliated with Post University in CT."
