"Mike lichten cares weather you are on or off the field, he is a caring coach who always is there for you but will not hesitate to tell you to do sprints if a issue is found outside of the white lines. He prides the program on complementary football and doing even the little things to an elite level. He mandates a study hall for all athletes in their freshman year and it becomes incremental as you grow out of it in the coming years. While he is not my position coach he is always around looking what we can do to improve our position. A big thing he pushes and wants to build upon is family and the importance of how all players should be there for each other and hold each other accountable "
