Would love to know at what point in their career they were cut or never actually put the time in. I've known Tosh a great many years and known him to be nothing other than a tremendous coach, advisor, friend, etc. The truth hurts sometimes, and he will let you know it. Playing at the higher levels takes so much more than talent, not the least of which is thick skin. If you want an amazing college playing experience, and you can tough out the North Country for a few short years, I'd highly recommend you give this program a look. Amazing facilities, fantastic coaching and mentors, and an opportunity to be a part of something special. If you're good enough, you'll play elsewhere. If not, you'll have an amazing story to tell and a great education behind you. "

"Coach Toshack, although holding a high level of coaching experience, does not get the most out of his players. Poor communicating and receptivity of constructive criticism inhibits fair and honest conversations with players and assistant coaching staff. Very hard to break into the playing group that coach Toshack seems to decide well before the season even starts. Training sessions are segregated between players that will play and players that will not play in the match that upcoming weekend. This style of training sessions are demoralizing for players not included in the “non-playing” group which in turn restricts their ability to show off their best attributes. Individual and team meetings with the coach are relatively surface level and dishonest. "
