"I really love Misty. Even though I am NOT flexible, and don't have any yoga-related skills, she manages to make her sessions something that I really enjoy and improve from. She really listens to her athletes and will cater her practice to our needs(like doing seated positions when we are pushing our shoulders a lot in practice). She's been a very wonderful presence to have on deck!"
