"Being such a young coach many were excited to have Molly as one of their leaders. Yet some found that some of her coaching tactics were a bit childish. She knows a lot about the game but unfortunately let politics and other things get in the way of her judgement. I believe some of these tactics were picked up from the two college coaches that she formerly had experience with. Under a good head coach, I believe that Molly will learn what is acceptable as a coach and where to draw the line in certain situations. I only hope that she grows and improves. We need to be building up young women, not tearing them down and demeaning each other. "
"Mollie is someone who was a great player, knows a lot about softball, but isn’t near her full potential of coaching. After taking on the role of interim head coach, the team was excited. However, she really let the team down and didn’t grow at all during her time as interim head coach. She let players have too much input on line up, didn’t feed the team for 10.5 hours on the road, led practices for 30 minutes-1 hour, and didn’t lead the team to anymore wins past 1. She has potential, but Renee was her only example of coaching and look where that has led. "
