"Horrible communicator. Struggles immensely with any kind of confrontation. Poor decision making skills. Extreme favoritism towards whatever swimmers are performing better at any given time. Pouts & refuses to talk to athletes when the team isn't doing as well as he anticipated. Tends to focus on the negatives when reflecting on meets. Unmotivating. Cusses swimmers out when he's in a bad mood."
