"I had a very negative experience with this coach. He consistently showed a lack of concern for player well-being, including expecting injured players to continue playing in games. Communication was a major issue—not only with players, but also within his own coaching staff—which created confusion and frustration throughout the team. Rather than helping players develop their skills, his coaching often hindered improvement and, in some cases, made players worse. Expectations were rarely made clear, and players were frequently expected to “read his mind,” only to be criticized when they failed to meet unspoken standards. He also regularly contradicted himself, making it difficult to understand what was actually being asked of us. Additionally, favoritism was evident and affected team morale and fairness. Overall, the lack of communication, consistency, player development, and concern for health made this one of the worst coaching experiences I have had. "
