"I'm unsure where to start when I think of Neal and how he shaped my experience as a student-athlete, the best word to use is trauma. He has no place being a coach, from his inappropriate sexual comments, bullying, and SEVERAL NCAA VIOLATIONS..I am disappointed that FSU still has him or his staff there. He is a liability to FSU athletics."

"Neal only cares about himself and how he looks. He makes sexist remarks about people's mothers and sisters saying how attractive they are and etc. He bullies anyone who opposes him and is not a great coach at all. He only cares about what makes him look good. "

"Neal was one of the worst coaches I have ever experienced in my swimming career. I truly loved the sport, however Neal made both practice and competitions uncomfortable. His main concerns was him making money-everything revolved around Neal receiving a bonus. He picked favorites on the team, and made racist and sexist comments. "

"He cares about you if you will bring him a bonus, mainly the foreigners. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere. He makes people feel bad about themselves and will talk bad about you to other staff members. Not good for mental health. Too worried about his reputation and income at the sacrifice of young men and women. "

"Neal acts as if he knows what it takes to be a head coach. He let’s the associate coaches do all his dirty work so that he never has his hands dirty. There’s no in person communication. They give athletes anxiety with their garnet and gold meet where they cut kids if you don’t go their standard times at the beginning of the season. Team is divided."
