"Although he has a lot of behind the scenes work to do as head coach, Neal makes sure the team culture is fun and supportive. He hired some of the best coaches i’ve ever met who all care about the swimmers not just in the pool but in general life and academics. When being coached by him there is no doubt you can trust he knows what he’s doing, I just wish we got more time with him on poolside, as he really is a good coach, with lots of knowledge to share.
