"We had about 12 girls over two seasons transfer out or completely quit soccer due to a few girls on the team. They bullied a bunch of girls younger than them right in front of the coaches and nothing was said or done about it. The AD was complicit in this culture as nothing was done or said when people went to complain about how they were being treated to coaches or higher ups. Neil wouldn’t watch or train any of his non starters and was an overall negative presence who would lie and demean his players. Fired after 10 years but it shouldn’t take 4 years of players quitting soccer entirely due to a horrible team culture fostered by him to do so."
