"Unfortunately, my experience with her was overwhelmingly negative. She seemed disinterested in building any sense of team camaraderie or trust among the players. Rather than creating a supportive and united environment, she often appeared disconnected and out of touch with the needs of her athletes, both physically and emotionally. Her coaching style lacked compassion and understanding. Players who gave their all, even while injured, were brushed off without real concern. It was clear she didn’t know how to read or relate to her players because she wasn’t invested in their growth, either as athletes or as individuals. Instead of fostering development and unity, she appeared to play favorites with those who had personal ties to her life outside of soccer, creating an uncomfortable and exclusive dynamic for the rest of the team. Additionally, she frequently shared details about her personal life during team interactions, which felt unprofessional and out of place. This only added to the lack of boundaries and the overall disjointed leadership style. As someone who has played under her, I would never want my daughter to be part of a soccer program, at any level, under this kind of leadership. A coach should inspire, support, and uplift their team. Sadly, that was not the experience here."

"When our daughter was actively being recruited by Penn, Nicole set up several calls with my daughter where she never answered her phone. We found this to be extremely unprofessional & a turn off on the women's soccer program at Penn. she was being told by the assistant coaches how serious they were about her & then Nicole never showed up for any scheduled calls."
