"Coach Ogilvie is a fair track director. He is knowledgable about most of the events and has a good understanding of the kids on his team. Although he has the qualities to be a good director, he sometimes fails in areas of one on one communication and gets too caught up in the numbers game. "

As a freshman it is tough to adjust to his style of coaching but that comes mostly from also adjusting to the academic rigor of Duke University."

At times, everything goes well but sometimes events can quagmire into larger problems. Our team culture is very healthy as a result of trying to confront our issues with one another head on, like our coaches."
