"Disorganized coaching, serious issue of having favorites along with not keeping a professional relationship with players, why does a current player know who he’s cutting based on conversations they are having? We would not hear anything about practice when there was a weather concern until 2 hours beforehand. Refused to get an assistant coach and let his girlfriend coach from the sidelines. Would let players treat each other however in front of his face without any repercussions. If you want your program to receive a severe downfall, or plan to get rid of your program and need an excuse as to why, let him coach! Over half the team was debating quitting mid-season from how much he did not care about our development (except his favorites). Worst experience I’ve ever had coaching in my entire career. Would put 0 stars if I could"

"My coach is not respected nor does he know the game. The school turns their head regarding how poorly the team is run. I have experienced so many amazing coaches during my career and by far he is the worst. The support staff turnover is high because they catch on to him during the season. He needs to be replaced. "
