"Cannot say enough good things about Peter. Incredible coach that helped me enjoy rowing again. I had plateaued for several years and his training helped me pr for the first time in awhile. One of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met in rowing and is great at prioritizing what’s really important. Very understanding and kind guy and not afraid to give it to you straight but in a very loving way. Awesome coach for women and has totally changed the trajectory of our program. Seems like a great dad too which definitely translates to his coaching. Only suboptimal thing i would say is that he doesn’t always give technical feedback unless you ask him, but he sees everything. Cares very deeply for the team and does everything he can to make sure that we succeed. "
