"When I got here as a transfer my eligibility had been messed up. Phil helped me fix that and work with me on that and it helped me understand it a lot. He was very personable and easy to talk to. I liked how honest he was but still being very kind and relatable during the process."

"Phil made my transition to college very smooth and easy. He helped me with my schedule and make sure I had all my classes I needed in both my first and second semester. I couldn’t register for classes second semester because there was a hold on my account from a school I did not go to and he got it removed in 20 minutes when it would’ve taken me a week and I was able to register for classes and get all the ones I needed."
