"Coach Rachel talks a good game about herself and program but she does NOT deliver, really at all....which is not one you want for your child. She SAYS the things you want to hear - but does not execute. She does NOT define your child's role on the team, does NOT give honest feedback, does NOT communicate with the players, she doesn't even stand with them; on the sidelines - she sits about 10 feet away - she is very isolating. On numerous occasions over the years we have witnessed her NOT make substitutions but will instead play her starting line into the ground. She creates a toxic environment based on vague feedback , promises, self doubt, playing mind games, pitting players against one another, is passive aggressive and defensive. She repeatedly instructs parents "do not tell me how to do my job" and "if you reach out to me, I will tell your daughter." The intention of her message is one thing however the DELIVERY and word choices tell quite a different story. This woman does NOT know how to build girls up, create community or help players reach their potential. What a GD waste - for all involved. I cannot believe we are literally paying for this experience."

"Players are transferring out of Trinity. The College they LOVE because of Rachael Schroeder. Not because of the existing losing record and lack of leadership under her reign, but something far more concerning. She has single handedly destroyed the culture of this program, through made up accusations, manipulation, lies, coercive control, triangulation and utter lack of professionalism and complete lack of player/coach boundaries. She is a detriment to the mental health and emotional well being of girls who may be considering Trinity to play soccer. Future recruits do not come within one foot of Rachael Schroder."

"This coach preaches lifting up and empowering women but only fears strong women through her soccer program. She punishes and is threatened by strong women who challenge her knowledge of the game. She is often rash, and acts out of spite rather than cool, rational response. "
