Consequences depend on who you are, starter vs. nonstarter, rules apply to some, not others. Negative feedback, injuries dismissed as a hindrance to team, players are intimidated. Character means nothing, coach is aware of underage drinking, probably not aware of the marijuana users. Toxic environment overall. Many players quit/transfer."
