Honest Motivational Cares About Academics Great Leader Knows The Game
" I have been coaching and helping kids play football for the last 32 years. I played football before that for around 22 years in June 2014. I was standing on the field as I normally do on the Lower East side of New York City, coaching, young people, and running a summer practice, my ritual also is to pray and ask God to send me coaches generally I say a few words to my friend Stephan G Hoffman, who I began coaching with back in 1991. As I finished my prayer, a young man rode up on a 10 speed bicycle as I began to talk to him , he expressed a great interest in helping young people in the game of football. His name was Rodney Bryant, and I know now that he was a Godsend . As I season, progressed in 2014, I noticed his capability to communicate with young people was exceptional and he was able to reach some of the furthest kids who came from some of the toughest backgrounds, and be able to have them have discipline and a sense of self but more importantly, be a player amongst players, a teammate Rodney’s ability to reach these young people as a gift. He’s an exceptional coach and ran over a fence so well that I made him an associate head coach of a program. A program serves roughly 250 kids from ages eight years old to 17 year olds, some like to say they are high risk youth I like to say they are kids who need a direction. I would call Rodney Coach Mac, because of his ability to help these young people and feed them the knowledge that they needed just like a McDonald’s, big Mac fills a persons stomach , I do not write letters of recommendation, nor do I take them lightly unless they are well deserved. Mac help me for over five years, build the program and lead to many successful victories in the time, but more importantly, it led to the success of countless young people over that. And for that, I will always be grateful that God sent them to us I honestly believe he will be a great asset for your college, and he will help countless young people not just football players, but those he comes in contact with, I am grateful for your time Mr. Jones and I hope that Rodney Coach Mack is able to join your staff as the next head football coach of your college WEST LA. Please feel free to call me if you have any further questions regarding Rodney Bryant’s character or coaching ability is a rare breed and you’re getting an exceptional person. More importantly a great coach. "
