"I developed severe depression playing under this coach. I was not supported in my school endeavors and was encouraged to find an easier major so I could spend more time playing soccer. I was told he would never want me to play on the field despite his other coaches trying to convince him otherwise. "

"Where to start… he has is a poor communicator, you will never truly know where you stand on the team. he gives playing time to older players even if they aren’t as good, he refuses to change startling lineup to give other girls a chance even if we are losing badly, he predetermines who is going to sub in and at what minute which means if certain girls are playing really well but he already decided they are going to come out at the 15 minute mark then he subs them out anyway which ruins the game flow, the out of season conditioning we do is excessive any many girls get hurt, and is just not a competent coach for soccer "
