"The team is extremely competitive each year because he recruits top players, and the team itself is very nice, but Roshane does not respect your time, nor your mental it physical health. He is dishonest about the number of players he is recruiting, but doesn’t have the backbone to cut girls so he instead treats them poorly until they quit. 5-7 girls quit every year. "
