"Very knowledgeable coach. I wouldn’t recommend him if you believe in the value of team culture. He will take away all of your play time with no explanation, and he wont tell you areas of improvement. He doesn’t believe in momentum or that there’s less oxygen in higher altitudes. He coaches from a notecard (that he makes the weekend before with all substitutions and the corresponding times to sub them) and doesn’t deviate from the notecard no matter what’s happening in the game"
